From amazing restaurants and the world’s finest hotels, to top-notch entertainment venues and unbeatable attractions, New York City is a premier international destination for many reasons. Here are five great reasons to visit New York City in 2017!

1. Ellen’s Stardust Diner, Broadway
While it might not be the fanciest place in town, Ellen’s Stardust Diner sure is one of the most unique places to grab a meal in New York City! The 1950s-themed diner has a Broadway-worthy staff and provides a real Broadway experience along with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menu options. In a city with more than 10,000 restaurants listed on TripAdvisor, there’s a reason Ellen’s Stardust Diner is listed in the top 5%! Insider Tip: Be sure to take time to peruse the restaurant’s eclectic décor, which features a wide variety of famous art, music and pop culture items from the 1950’s!

2. Langham Place Hotel, 5th Avenue
Coming in at #7 on Condé Nast Traveler’s list of the top 50 hotels in NYC for 2016, Langham Place is ideally situated just north of the Empire State Building, with spacious rooms that are filled with natural light. All rooms and suites at New York City’s Langham Place Hotel boast walnut wardrobes, bedside tables and trip, as well as luxurious Duxiana beds and deep soaking tubs. The property has 214 rooms, including 57 apartment suites with full stainless steel kitchens, and each guest is assigned a personal assistant to ensure every stay is first-rate. Insider Tip: Be sure to ask about the hotel’s flexible check in and check out policy!

3. Times Square Exhibits
This year promises to be a great in for exhibits in Times Square, which will include the opening of Opry City Stage when Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry brings country music’s most famous stage to New York City in April. The four story entertainment complex will include live simulcasts from Tennessee, listening rooms, exhibits and a Southern-inspired menu. Other exhibits coming to Times Square in NYC this autumn include the National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey, an interactive undersea adventure that makes an aquarium seem like a simple goldfish bowl, as well as the NFL Times Square Experience, which is part of a collaboration between the NFL and Cirque du Soleil and encompasses a 40,000-square-foot multimedia interactive exhibit that allows visitors to test their skills against virtual NFL greats, learn game strategy, experience on-field action and go behind the scenes with players.

4. Katz’s Delicatessen, Lower East Side
This Lower East Side institution has been around for more than 128 years, but is perhaps most famous for its role in Meg Ryan’s “When Harry Met Sally.” Regardless, Katz’s is a must-see in New York City if you haven’t already checked it out. Featuring down-home service, cozy booth seating and classic dishes like pastrami on rye sandwiches and matzo ball soup. Insider Tip: A second location is opening in March 2017 in the DeKalb Market Hall in downtown Brooklyn!

5. Georgia O’Keeffe: Living Modern at The Brooklyn Museum
Explore how the work of renowned artist Georgia O’Keeffe helped pave the way for today’s feminist artists. Running from March 3 to July 23, this exhibit has special significance because O’Keeffee’s first retrospective of her work appeared at the Brooklyn Museum in 1927.
